Day one, helping the cooperating teacher with her job.

 

Today was great; I overcame obstacles, and my ct was grateful to have me as a student teacher to assist her with her work. I always give it my all when my ct gives me a task, hoping that by the time I graduate and pass the board exam, it won't be difficult for me to find jobs because perhaps the school where I was assigned will hire me.
I accepted the challenge when my ct asked me to teach on this particular day as well. At first, I felt nervous, but as I got going, I gradually gained confidence in my ability to speak and teach them effectively. I was really happy that my students were happy that I was their teacher, and I'm glad that they are happy to have me as their teacher as well. Maybe some of my students are very noisy, but I tell them to respect me as they treat their teachers. As a teacher, I've learned that you need to have patience because each student has a unique personality, and you should serve as an example for them.
