INTERNSHIP JOURNEY

 On this day, the principal of Bongabong National High School informed us that due to the unusually warm temperatures on earth at the moment, students would only be allowed to attend class on Monday and Tuesday. I greatly appreciated the initiative of our government at the time, and I also assumed that the teachers would be in charge of the class, but thankfully my two CT were there to help.Even though it is extremely difficult to manage a class, I did my best to improve things. When I entered the room, the students were yelling and shouting after I said that I would be in charge. Overall, today was a fantastic and incredible day.

 I became emotional and lonely on this day because I miss my students and teaching. I also received many messages on Facebook that made me cry. People gave me drawings of myself, letters, and just simple messages. I greatly appreciated their efforts and I'm glad that they are sad because it's my last day of teaching.All the students I taught came up to me and wanted a photo with me. I could tell they were upset by the look in their eyes, but I assured them that we still had weeks left to discuss and interact.They want to go on a bonding trip with me to the beach, and I agree. However, I'm nervous because if they don't get their parents' permission, I'll probably be the one to take the risk and deal with the consequences. Therefore, I need to think twice before I agree. In addition, I told them that I would set a date for our beach trip because I need to get the adviser's and their parents' permission. Overall, this was a very emotional exchange.

On this day, I felt sad and my heart began to beat quickly because it was my last day of teaching; the head of Bongabong National had informed us that our CTs would be handling the 4th quarter, which is why I was depressed. I tried my hardest to make the last day of my teaching enjoyable, and many of my students felt the same way after I announced it. I wanted to cry deeply, but I'm a man, so I restrained myself.First of all, I promised myself that I wouldn't attach my emotions to my students, but I was unable to do so, especially since they are so kind and caring. All of my students started to cry, and their expressions were difficult to understand, but I reassured them that they wouldn't be forgotten because our internship will end in the second week of June. Overall, this day was emotional.

One of the KNP teachers came to witness my discussion today, and I was thrilled because my demo went well and my kids were attentive and engaged. My two CT were impressed by the way I taught and even in my final demo, I excelled. This day, my CT in the aral pan subject gave positive feedback that my topic delivered well, I know how to get the interest of the students, and many other things. I don't know why I'm taking this course because I'm a kind of person who very have low confidence and scared to speak in front, but now I able to overcome my weakness.Being a great teacher requires a lot of work because there are slow and fast learners in the classroom. As a teacher, I should always take those slow learners into consideration and teach them how to cope with the topic. Even though there are five items on my checklist that I haven't observed, it's okay because it serves as a reminder for me to improve.

 During this day ,I was so happy since during my class the students are very participative with activity and over all my discussion went well and my observer impressed with me the way I teach.Even though in my checklist , there's five not observed ,but it's okay since it reminds me to improve my self and I know what aspects of teaching that I need to develop .Being a great teacher , there's a lot thing to do because inside the room a variety of attitudes and behaviors you encounter and there are slow and fast learners ,as a teacher I should always consider those slow learners and teach them to cope up with the topic.The teacher are the responsibility of the learning of student's and what teachers shows the students are.Overall,this day was an amazing day.

 I gave those students a chance today who weren't able to complete their assignments by giving them a task to write reflections about our subject, and I did the same for my aral pan subject. As a result, many students weren't able to complete their assignments, while only a few did, which is good for them because it will help them get high grades. Even though I wanted to raise the grades of those students who received low marks, I was unable to do so because it is the students themselves who determine their grades, not me. Today, however, I am happy because all of the students who took my subject successfully, and I am grateful for the advice I was able to give them regarding how to improve as a student and obtain high marks.
